REFUND_PROTOCOL
Eligibility: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones and deliverables completed.
Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant invoice.
Partial Refunds: May be issued for work not yet delivered or for services that do not meet agreed specifications.
Non-Refundable Items: Completed work, third-party licenses, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution: Refund disputes will be resolved through mediation before any legal proceedings.
SERVICE_TERMS
Acceptance: By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Service Scope: Services are defined in individual project agreements. vertexhollow reserves the right to modify service offerings.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability: vertexhollow's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of León, Spain.
